Refund policy

Keeping in mind our company’s goal is customer satisfaction, we accept exchange requests.

EXCHNAGE:

Sometimes you’d like the quality but want to change style or color, we get it! We have a 3 days exchange policy for you.

PROCESS:

The customer needs to inform us about the exchange through WhatsApp chat support on 9998685243 within 3 days of delivery. After which the product will be picked up, pass through the QC, and the exchange product will be dispatched.

There will be a 200/- shipping and handling charge which will have to be paid by the customer.

DAMAGE/DEFECT:

All our products are first checked then dispatched, still due to human error or courier handling if the product received is damaged or defective, the customer needs to inform us as soon as he receives the delivery on 9998685243.

  • He needs to share a parcel opening video.
  • The product will be replaced with a fresh one and all courier charges will be paid by us.

VOID:

Exchanges will be voided if they are sent without prior information, if they fail the QC check, or if any of the accessories is missing.

Order rejected or Undelivered-

We attempted delivery 3 times, in case you reject an order in such case no amount will be refunded. If you are not available at the given address inform us within 15 days from the date of order through Live Chat or Contact Us Page, and we will resend the parcel to your shipping address. Shipping charges may or may not be applicable according to the situation.

RETURNS:

Our products are non returnable/refundable.
